Christmas

We met Santa
 and cried with Santa
We had a firepit with smores in the snow on Christmas EVE! A true Christmas miracle.
We came down the stairs and saw a very exciting Christmas tree, full of presents

Santa gave me the best gift ever, a talking wookie.

Hunter screamed with excitement when he opened his gift
 Uncle Nick was excited too

  We made a big mess
and Hailey finally got McKenna, she has been asking and talking about her non stop since September.

A day at Grandmas

In October while in BUffalo, NY we had a chance to go down to G-mas house. These awesome squirrels are placed all over the city, I wish I had gotten more photos of them! They all represent something different.

G-mas house was amazing, like a museum of fabulous! Everywhere you looked there were hidden gems.

 I totally love this carpet.
My children would have no idea how to use this phone! They wouldn't understand being tied to a wall to chat.

Russ saying "What the heck are these?!" Who remembers the floppy disc? ha!
An awesome merry go round in the wreck room.

 Love this "table"
We got a Hailey out of Texas! I love the teal colored doily too.
Outside in the backyard was great too, this is the tree house!
we were lucky enough to visit NY in October and the colors were just amazing.

 Up in the tree house!

I love this, it speaks volumes about the neighborhood  IN any neighborhood i Have ever lived in this bike would be stolen, but in G-mas town, they accept trust and offers!

Thankful- and spreading kindness

Thankful for my beautiful Children, I am so happy it is Winter break and time to spend time playing baking and spoiling, Deep in the magic of Christmas.
I am so unbelievably sorry to the families who are suffering in Connecticut, my heart is so heavy for you. I cant imagine the pain you are going through, and I want you to know we are praying for you.

My kids and I always spend December trying to do acts of kindness, as seen on a few other blogs like http://thelarsonlingo.blogspot.com/2012/12/26-acts-of-kindness_17.html we will join in doing 26 this year, one for all the people who lost their lives that day.

I am a huge believer in "Treat others how you want to be treated" its hard because even when you do it, it doesnt get turned right back around, but I am at least trying. One step at a time.
