My kids say the darndest things.

I have these all written out in a notebook but its about to fall out and I don't want to lose these. I try and keep track of the funny stuff my kids say to me but when they have at least 20 a day you cant keep track of it all.

1. Hunter age 2- When Hunter was 2 he was in the backyard with grandma, she saw a snake (which Hunter saw too) and she screamed AHHHHH!.....
So a couple weeks later I bought Hunter a wooden snake from a shop at Lake Tahoe and brought it home to him, I said Hunter do you know what this is called and he said "its an AHHH!"

2. Hailey age 2- Hailey wrapped a blanket around her head like a shawl and said "I cute!"

3. Hunter age 5- At Christmas Russ asked Hunter, "if you could only get one present for Christmas what would it be?" Without thinking Hunter yelled "10 presents!!!!!"

4. Hailey age 2- "I Fart."

5. Hailey age 2- "Where are we going Hailey?" Hailey "HA CHOOKA!"

6.Hunter age 5- "When we move to the desert will we have to wear robes and sandals?"

7. Hailey age 2- Pointed at the moon and said "I cant reach it!"

8. Hailey age 2- When the sun went down she said "Did the sun go swimming in the ocean?"

9. Hunter age 6- Mom if you dont know just google it!

In honor of my new layout

Heres a flash from the past of Halloween with my kids :)

I LOVE Halloween, I was one of those people who trick or treated til i was 18 and didnt care that I wasnt a "child" anymore. Free candy? hello! I am candy obsessed and when theres a holiday where people give it out for free, I am all over it.

Luckily I had my kids young and never had to stop trick or treating, now they do all the work and I steal their candy for "inspection."

This year Hailey will be Tinkerbell and Hunter wants to be Jango Fett from Star Wars.

Here are our most recent Halloween Adventures :)

Hunters first Halloween he was a pumpkin, and I think he did a good job pulling off this look.

Unfortunately, I cannot find a picture of Hunter on his 2nd Halloween :( He was a baby Frankenstein and totally rocked that costume too.

For Hunters 3rd Halloween he was Darth Vader! We love Star wars in our family. He was so funny that night because he walked around trick or treating breathing like in Lamaze class "heeee hoooooo heeeeee hoooo" he said it sounded like Darth Vader breathing.

Haileys first Halloween she was a bear because we call her Hailey Bear. I also found her this super cute pumpkin Hat at Gymboree for the weeks approaching Halloween.

Heres our little Hailey bear, so cute!

Hunter was a Red Power Ranger. He basically walked around posed like this the entire night haha.

This is us at the pumpkin Patch last fall getting our Pumpkins...As much as Fort Leonard Wood sucked I really enjoyed going to this pumpkin patch the two years we went.

Last Halloween Hunter was Bumblee the transformer and Hailey was a little witch.

This was our trick or treating group minus the blue haired lady who was our Neighbor :)
The bigger witch is Bree and Jade was Hannah Montana,

We are looking forward to this year! I even made Haileys costume! Okay my mother in law did most of the work because she is a rock star on the sewing machine :)

The Hunter and Hailey museum.

Will you come?

On display will be the first spoon they ever ate off. The carseat they rode home from the hospital in, the coming home outfit, the first bandaid from their first shots, first tooth, etc.

Okay maybe only I would be interested in this wonderful museum....

Today I sold Haileys travel system on Craigslist, the beautiful pink stroller and car seat went to a happy mom of a brand new baby girl. While I am glad it found such a loving home I was so sad to see it go.

I would keep EVERYTHING my kids ever touched if I could. I am a mommy pack rat. My stuff i throw to the curb without any 2nd thought, but my kids....I have a shed packed from top to bottom of all the clothes they wore when they were babies and all their baby clothes.

Its hard to say goodbye to the baby years, I look forward to all the new things they learn, do and say but I so badly miss the baby days. I go back and forth daily on whether to have 20 children just so i can have babies in my arms for years to come.

I dont think I could be a duggar.....I do enjoy my quiet time when both the kids have gone to sleep.

Official Soccer mom

Hunter started his first season of soccer this year. He wasnt so sure he wanted to play but since his best friend is on the team he gave it a shot. He loves it and I know we'll be seeing him in the World Cup someday.

Here are a few Paparazzi moments I snagged out of him...

(Alright, blogger doesnt want to let me arrange my photos...so here they are in a messy order)

To the first man I ever loved....

RIP Patrick Swayze, You were the first man I ever loved at the ripe age of 4. I remember watching Dirty Dancing with my mom then and wanting to watch the end dance scene over and over and over.

Dirty Dancing is one of my all time favorite movies and always will be.

You were a fantastic actor and a great man and you will truly be missed.

Wicked

Hello from Boston!!!!

I love this city.

I miss my kids sooo much......

but I dont miss the hot desert sun.

How much does it cost to ship children across the country?

I think I see East Coast living in my future.
