Remembering 2010

2010 was a pretty good year.

I know a lot of people had a rough year, but for us it was a good one.

I wanted to go back and remember all the fun we had this year and document its EPIC-ness.

For one, this is the year I decided adding -ness to the end of words like awesome, fantastic, and epic IS necessary. Sure its not grammatically correct, but honestly who cares anymore, ha!

Lets start at the beginning shall we? Like any good book...who would skip right to the end?

JANUARY

We started our year in Denver, CO and on January 1st went to the Denver Zoo with Papa.

We threw snowballs. Fun was had.

Our little girl turned THREE.

Wii had lots of fun in Denver.

Hunter was in 1st grade, and his best friend was Camden. Who happened to be our next door neighbor!

Hailey was curly as ever.

February

Ah the month of love...and love we did. CHEESE.

Hunter lost a tooth...

We danced

We found out we would have...

A BABY BOY!

We played.

Ate cookie dough, mmmm.

Smiled til our faces hurt.

And loved some more.

All in good fashion.

March

In March we...

Went to the Fort Huachuca rodeo....

with our good friends! This rodeo will always be known as the Child Endangerment rodeo.

Our kids were luckily safe from the stampeding calves though!

We went to a Colorado Rockies spring training game, they BEAT the Arizona Dbacks!

We took the kids horse back riding on post! That was loads of fun.

I got a little bigger

HUNTER had a brthday!

He turned SEVEN!

and got a DS which he loves.

April

was calm and relaxing

We celebrated Easter in Prescott, AZ

We went on walks

We had our first Lemonade stand, where we drank more than we sold

Southern Arizona got snow!

We loved each other

We rode another kind of horse

and another!

May

was filled with beautiful days

or Mothers day weekend we went to Patagonia lake

and to Nogales to se the HIGH quality border fence, HA!

we also went to Parker Canyon Lake.

We taught Hailey to hopscotch

And went to visit the Pacific Ocean care of San Diego and JULI Graduating High School! Go Juli!

We played at Mission Beach

La Jolla is breathtaking.

We watched the sun go for a swim.

and Shamu showed us how he swims.

Uncle James surprised everyone with a visit from Italy!

and we watched some more Shamu.

June

was another laid back month because Baby O was almost here!

Hunter was out of school and loving it.

Hailey would tell me "Its taking so Long for baby O to get here!!"

We were excited to meet him!

Hunter scootered all summer long

Hailey planted and watered her flowers..which the sun later killed.

We went for late night swims in our fancy pool.

We enjoyed the Arizona sunsets

And summer moons.

July

August

Back to school, back to school.....

And many many naps...

and smiles

and more naps....

Hailey went to pre-preschool

NERVOUS!

And lil Baby O got baptized :)

September

We went to Prescott, for labor day weekend.

Hung out and relaxed

and cried because it was almost time to leave Arizona.

but September means football!

and flying babies!

and being silly with each other

and loving having a brother.

AND Owen and I flew to Colorado to buy our first HOME.

Owen learned to roll over.

Russ threw in as much goof as he could before he left

Then he had to go...for a whole year, and we miss him SO much!

We turned Owen into a little butterball.

and decorated our tree.

and an elf named Ninny Muggins came to live with us for a month.

December
On the first day of Christmas my true love gave to me...

We met an Elephant.

Owen decided hus car seat wasnt so bad.
