I was a total loser last month, took photos and never had the time to edit them into Jpeg. I shoot all my photos in RAW and sometimes...lets face it I am lazy. So to continue my theme of lazy but still play my favorite monthly blog game, I did Ten on Ten on iPhone!

Morning started out at Ministry Team for Mops, with coffee and a Clif bar.

Came home to see my new tomato plant has a cracked stem, sad day. I put a band aid on it in hopes of its survival....fat chance.

Spent a bit of time playing old skool Super Mario World! Remember that game? Still my all time favorite.

Owen found our day pretty boring.

I took my favorite pup Stella out for a run. However because I did the incline day it ended in TEARS from my shins, OW!  

 So I walked my favorite pup down to the river, and caught this beautiful sunset going on. 

Stella totally cheered me up watching her play in the river and chase the geese. I love her.

I dont remember what I was asking Little man to do here but I love his expression. WHAT mom! geez.

Where in the world is Sheemee?

Remember Sheemee? Haileys imaginary friend? He still comes around all the time. Hes a busy guy lately! I was wondering what hes been up to so I asked Hailey a few questions about him.

 How old is sheemee now?

He is 4

where has he been?

In china!

What is he doing in China?

He has been meeting new people.

Like who?

His best friends, they live in China. Sheemee doesn't tell me what he does there, maybe they eat pie all day.

What does sheemee look like now?

Still has a black shirt and blue pants and curly hair.

How does sheemee get from China to Colorado?

He takes a tiny airplane, its free. It takes like 5 whole minutes for him to get here.

Where is sheemees mom now?

At his house, his house is in the garage in that dresser, the 3rd drawer from the top. Thats where they sleep.

What is your favorite thing to do with Sheemee now?

Play puzzles and eat chicken nuggets. We go in the basement and play, but sometimes he wont go down there with me so I wont go either.

Does Sheemee go to school?

Yes he goes at 530 in the morning. Its really early, hes always on time so he doesnt miss recess.

How long will Sheemee live with us?

FOREVER!

A day at Grandmas

 My kids are lucky that they have been able to share a state with their Grandparents. We had them in Arizona and now in Colorado. Days with the grandparents are a blast!

  I see my future with this little spirit, and I am a bit scared haha. Can she be any more like me?

We went for a walk to the park in the neighborhood and came across a toilet, Owen found it fascinating that one of these was outside!

One of the great things about my old neighborhood is the park a 5 minute walk away. Its so fun to take my kids to the park I grew up at.

And in true Hailey fashion, she has to get some snuggle time in after a lot of playing.

He can see clearly now

A few weeks ago we received a letter from Hunters school informing us that he may need glasses. I had never really noticed before but as I started to look out for it I noticed he did have trouble seeing! Lots of things started to make sense at that moment. Why he could never find the airplanes we pointed out, or read the street signs, see a squirrel at the top of the tree...


He went  for his eye exam and they put in the order. Today we got his glasses and I took them to him at school.  Hunter was reluctant to put them on at first, he was afraid the kids would laugh at him, so I left them on his desk.


When I picked them up this morning he was proudly wearing them and he told me "I could see the clock numbers! and I could see the back of the classroom, I could never do that before. I love having these glasses"

 Welcome to the world of seeing far away little man!

Just another day in paradise here!

Started off the day at 6am taking Mr. O to a doctor appointment. Hes been pretty sick and they were ruling out RSV. Turns out he didnt have it, yay! But hes stil pretty sick.

Then it was on to Mops! I love my group! It was Pops day, husbands got to come but mine was heroic and stayed home with the baby.

 I won a prize at mops! Being a coffee addict paid off today!

Whats this? an empty Costco??!

How did I get these expressions you ask? They were under the blanket and didn't notice me stalking them like prey...I let out a screech that could be defined as a dying pig and the popped up to see what was happening, and thats when I got them!
