EPIC

Last weekend was an EPIC one.

Owen had his first plane ride.

Which I failed to take a picture of so heres just a cute one of him :)

He met his other Grandparents.

He Met Heather and Kenzie

He met Caylen

and he helped me buy OUR FIRST HOUSE!

HAILEY! What happened to you?

Somewhere between May and July you became a BIG KID.

Oh, maybe it was when you became a big sister?

you sure love being a big sister.

One day I looked over at you, and your baby face had disappeared...So I scooped you in my arms and said "HAILEY what have you done? you grew!"

you responded "yes because I ate all your yogurt"

You are so very silly and you and Sheemee get in lots of predicaments.

Sheemee your imaginary friend used to be a good kid, but lately he's been making all the messes and making YOU do bad things you shouldn't do.

We put Sheemee in time out a lot.

You told me that Sheemee is 2 inches tall, with black curly hair, his body is green and he is 3 years old.

Right now one of your favorite games to play is steal Max' collar and put it on your giant rubber duck.

You then put the leash on the collar and drag your duck all over the house.

Silly silly girl.

These pictures were taken at the 36th Army bands concert. You were so patriotic during the songs you stood on a podium and saluted. You also already know just what to do when the National Anthem plays.

  You are super excited to move to Colorado. You think Santa is going to live with us because I showed you that Santas Workshop is in Colorado. You tell me everyday how you cant wait to give Santa a hug every morning during breakfast.

I love you, you brilliant three year old princess...

Can you please stop growing now?

Baptism

Welcome to the Catholic Church Mr. Owen!

Your Godfather James and your Godmother Kelly couldn't be there at the ceremony...but I know they are honored to be such an important part of your life.

It was a small ceremony in private done by Chaplin Kopec.

Hunter,

I have know for a long time just how smart you are. You are a thinker, you ponder every thing and ask how and why it all works. You are also a bundle of energy and excitement.

 A lot of people in our lives have seen this as a "trouble" but buddy I know it means YOU are going places.

Over the last few weeks in second grade you have shown that. You have been able to focus on your work instead of all the zooming life around you. Your grades are finally showing your true colors and your teacher told me that YOU are incredibly smart and ahead of the curve.

STRAIGHT A's, Above grade level on all testing! You are rocking second grade and we are SO tremendously proud of you Hunter.

You now come straight home, get your homework done and then go off to play. 

You have learned its better to get it out of the way than to have it ruin fun later.

I love catching you reading stories to your little sister.

She loves you SO much!

Owen already knows youre awesome too, he loves when you stop to make him smile.

You are a shining star and I love watching you grow, learn and question everything.

Note: I dont know what you are doing in these pictures, but you sure were having fun. When you saw me snapping photos you said "muh ommmmmmmmmmm"

A day in the life...

While chatting online with my good ole friend tonight, I was complaining only a couple people comment on my blog. wah wah wah Natalie! She said I didnt update enough and I told her "Oh dear Caylen, I am busy as heck! step into a day in the life of me"

and so it goes.....read my conversation with her :)

I typed this super quick, don't mind my grammar.

7am- drag ass out of bed and stumble into kitchen to make Hunter chocolate milk. give medicine, make him breakfast. end 7:15

9:46 PMgo back to bedroom to find a hungry baby lay down and feed him for 15 minutes, now 730PM realize

9:46 PM hunter is not dressed, gather him clothes brush his teeth shoes, stuff backpack now

9:46 PM  7:40

9:46 PMwalk hunter to school. return home at 8:15

9:47 PMdrink a cup of coffee while making hailey breakfast,

9:47 PMgive her a bath get her dressed while somewhere in there feeding and changing Owen now 9

9:47 PM

9:47 PMdrive to target to return something. arrive 9:15 hailey has no shoes, CRAP!

9:47 PMreturn toy and buy shoes with return money

9:47 PM

9:48 PMnow 9:30 go to dog kennel to do friend a favor

9:48 PMconvince Hailey and self we don't need a dog

9:48 PMend 10:15 drive to playgroup

9:49 PMthat ended at 11:30 feed owen in car. get call from russ. meet him at buffalo wild wings at 11:45

9:49 PMchange owens diaper in bathroom. eat. end 12:30

9:49 PMgo home fold load of laundry, edit photos, go on facebook. change feed Owen, mop floors feed dog feed hamster do dishes, more laundry clean bathroom realize i havent peed all day suddenly 2 and im late to get hunter RUN

9:50 PMpick up hunter 215 come home feed hunter snack do his homework with him feed hailey feed owen make coffee to stay alive 
3PM  friend comes over

9:50 PMchat with her and her kid and my kid, 

9:50 PMand my other kid

9:50 PMBZZZZ more laundry

9:50 PMlol

9:51 PMthis continues til 4:40 when i go to the park and sit on my butt for the first quiet moment of the day
